CLUB TENTS + CLUB INVOLVEMENT

CLUB TENTS:

Club tents will be located around the cruise track circuit. They will provide a great vantage point to view the cars as they cruise around the main arena and an excellent opportunity for your club members to have their own little piece of real estate to meet and catch up over the weekend. If your club would like to order a club tent, a booking form is being emailed to ASRF clubs from head office, or please send an email to request a booking form - nationals@asrf.org.au Only tents hired through our contracted supplier will be used for club tents, ensuring that all tents will be similar in size and structure. This will assist in planning the club tent layout and, most importantly, be installed in a safe and professional manner.

CLUB INVOLVEMENT:

As has been the case with previous Nationals, we will be seeking club involvement during the event, with help required with the various aspects of the running of the Nationals. We will establish a list of things where club assistance will be required over the course of the event registration, vehicle entry gates, BBQ, etc, to name a few. So, if your club would be willing to donate some time over the weekend, we would love to hear from you. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Your club can email us at nationals@asrf.org.au to indicate your availability to help.
